Christmas is almost here, and all of us at Thomastown Community Network wish you and yours all the best for a very Happy Christmas and an exciting New Year.
Our town is still busy in the run up to the big day, and there are some Christmas events that we would like to make you aware of:
- A Christmas Gala Concert in Thomastown Community Centre on Friday December 22nd, starting at 7.30 p.m. All proceeds will go to the Thomastown Community Helpers and the Community Centre itself.
- On Christmas Day, the annual GOAL Mile fundraiser will start from Thomastown Community Centre at 12.15 p.m., with registration from 11.45 a.m.
- Also on Christmas Day, Thomastown Community Centre will open at 12 noon to provide a traditional Christmas dinner, free of charge, to anyone in the community who wishes to avail of it. Donations welcome. Call (087) 7728170 for inquiries or bookings.
